FleetSet

Pay your drivers on Friday.

FleetSet is a Google Sheets add-on for small US trucking fleets. Enter your loads, drivers, trucks and costs in a panel beside your sheet, and it works out what everybody is owed — then prints it.

Built for carriers running four to ten trucks, by somebody who runs one.

What it does

Driver statements. Loads, pay, charges and refunds, itemised, one PDF per driver.

Owner-operator settlements. Full gross, their percentage, and every deduction named. Costs you paid on their behalf read as cost recovery, not as a penalty.

Truck profit and loss. Revenue, driver pay, dispatch, and the four cost categories you care about in columns you choose.

Company balance. Every week in one row, with contractor pay shown apart from wages, the way a real carrier's books do it.

Four live report tabs on your own spreadsheet that recalculate as you type, with date and driver filters.

Amazon Relay import. Paste a load page and the form fills itself in.

Recurring costs. Insurance, IFTA and ELD entered once, posted monthly in one click — including the ones you pay and then take back off a contractor.

Escrow tracking. Held on the contractor's behalf, kept out of your profit, with a running balance you can answer questions from.

Your numbers never leave your spreadsheet

FleetSet calculates inside your own Google Sheet and builds its PDFs inside your own browser. No load, no rate, no driver name, no truck number and no dollar figure is ever sent to us.

Our server knows one thing: whether your subscription is paid.

We can't see your rates because we never receive them — and we built it that way because we're a carrier too, and so are our customers. The privacy policy lists every field that crosses, and it is a short list.

Your data stays yours in the plainest possible sense: it is rows in a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. Cancel, and every figure is still sitting there.

What it doesn't do

FleetSet is a calculator, not an accountant. It doesn't file IFTA, issue 1099s or run payroll, and it isn't a substitute for professional advice. Check a statement before you pay somebody with it.

It's built for US carriers paid in US dollars. Canadian cross-border loads import without their origin and destination.

Getting it

FleetSet installs from the Google Workspace Marketplace, and the subscription starts inside the add-on — there is nothing to buy on this website. Monthly by fleet size, with a 14-day free trial and one workbook per subscription.
